Chief Executive Officer
After commencing his career and qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, Andrew enjoyed a varied 20-year career in Investment, Corporate and Business Banking, working for such companies as Citibank Ltd and Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
After this period and several stints creating and growing various businesses across Australia such as Guppy's Early Learning Group, Andrew co-founded Collisor. Collisor was founded from his experiences as a student looking for tertiary education providers, an employee looking to engage in specialised study courses and as an employer looking for training courses to develop staff skills.
With his business experience and qualifications, Andrew brings to the role a range of knowledge about finance, administration, strategy and entrepreneurship and general business building experience. Currently, Andrew is studying a short online micro-course in Private Equity and Venture capital.
Sales and Marketing Manager
James became passionate about this project after his experience transitioning from secondary to tertiary education. He noticed how little assistance was available for students, and he saw the need for an organised, comprehensive platform which matched students and providers based on their training and service needs.
Through his role in sales, James is involved with both students and education providers and works to create a wholistic approach to selecting and matching training courses, student accommodation and tutors.
Before joining Collisor, James was a Sales Manager for a facilities group in addition to co-founding several start-ups. James is currently studying an advanced business degree at university and is passionate about how Collisor can help students and education providers across the world!
Finance and Administration Manager
Jemmah has been working with Collisor since it was founded, following eight years of experience in administration and finance within Early Childhood Education. Her experience is enhanced through a Diploma of Management and Business Certificates.
As a Finance and Administration Manager, Jemmah manages and oversees the entire finance and administration of Collisor. She also works with the Marketing and Sales teams to provide hands-on service to clients large and small, offering timely, creative solutions to meet their needs.
As well as her passion for the education industry Jemmah is close to finishing a Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice to expand her knowledge and personal interests.
Junior Software Engineer
Upon graduating from university with a dual degree in Software Engineering and Information Technology majoring in computer science, Eugene joined Collisor as a Junior Software Engineer with the aim of utilizing his vast range of acquired IT skills to further improve and optimise Collisor's digital systems, helping students to find the best education courses suited to them.
Having a devoted passion for software development, Eugene is highly experienced using various programming languages and tools related to website development and cloud computing. Eugene also has a keen interest in the Cybersecurity field having being actively involved in running the cybersecurity student club at his university before joining Collisor.
Marketing and Administration
Lexie joined the Collisor team in late 2020, bringing her experience from two years working in a digital advertising agency. She is currently completing a dual degree of Arts and Communications majoring in Writing, English and Digital Media.
In her role, Lexie is responsible for Collisor's copywriting needs and loves researching and publishing information for the betterment of all students. She also manages Collisor's digital presence across organic search and social media and is enthusiastic to assist large-scale community connections between students from all walks of life. Collisor's streamline approach to education and learning and its ability to encourage and facilitate learning opportunities to every student align with her values of equality and efficiency and Lexie is excited about its future.
